Really thought that the end of that last semester was going to kill me. Much to my surprise, I survived. Year One of grad school: completed. Now it's onto my summer archaeological field training. However, because I'll be doing my graduate level supervisory training, I probably won't be doing as much digging as I'd like. This might actually end up being a good thing, as the field school I've chosen is in the back swamps of the Florida panhandle. Booo..... My Yankee hide is gonna be meltin' somethin' fierce. Oh well, hopefully I'll be able to get a few decent pictures out of the whole deal, cuz there sure won't be any money or food in it. Blah.
